I've had experience with one mom (happened to be an MD) who called in panic
over blocked duct and sleeping baby who told me she decided to use a vibrator
and pump and it worked.  I've mentioned this anecdotal success to other moms
but they haven't had a vibrator and usually convetntional treatment works but
the vibrator suggestion always brings giggles.
