Looking for info regarding a situation where a 9 mo old is refusing EBM while in childcare, has been exclusively breast milk fed. Feeds well at breast, expressed milk has a detergent like odor, we suspect due to lipase activity. Have heard scalding breastmilk will reduce lipase activity. Does anyone have additional suggestions or information?
