I heard about one hosp that went to FCMC (Family Centered Maternity Care)
and rooming-in.  Several nurses were VERY unhappy, verbal about it  and
refused to cooperate.  They were told to get with the program or move to
another area of the hospital. In other words administration choose not to
put up with their behavior!  Very potent!!! Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
