Plugged ducts-
This is in response to the question about lecithin. I know a mom that began to
use this for plugged ducts. The pharmacist helped told her that 8 capsules
equaled the 1 Tablespoon from the BAB. Ask your local pharmacist. By the
way....she tried to stop from 8 a day to none (4 in the morning and 4 at
night) and began having plugged ducts instantly. I recommended slowly cutting
them down (like weaning). Cut out 1-2 per day over a few weeks. This seemed to
help.
