When task forces start up, there is usually some brainstorming regarding
direction, objectives, etc. So, instead of being confrontational (even if
well deserved) perhaps offering an objective that works toward your goal.
For example  To assure consistent and accurate information being disseminated
in the community by health professionals and other breastfeeding support
organizations.  Might be an objective you offer, and see where it goes from
there.  Not really confrontational, definitely an important issue in your
community, etc.

Just my .02 from another life when there was a very active task force in my
area.
