Yes, I did, and also I note on p. 6  the sentence: "an inadequate fat intake
in the maternal diet appears to make a direct contribution to the intensity
of lactose overload symptoms, resulting in lower fat and higher lactose
levels in their breastmilk." And that sentence references the studies below.
None of these are studies I have access too so I can't tell if it's an
accurate representation of the research.
