Here are some suggestions:

virgin coconut oil (I believe) recommended many times here on lactnet - check archives

larger flange size

hospital grade pump on lower suction if able to obtain or rent one

elicit letdown before pumping, massage before, take break to massage and elicit letdown again

consider switching to hand expression for a day or two, even 1/2 day
