In response to your question about lactation teas during pregnancy:
Your Dr. is correct, use fenugreek with caution during pregnancy.  To keep
milk supply up during pregnancy I would suggest the following.
1) Diet, diet, diet - limit *junk foods*
2) Drink *green drink* 2 - 3 times daily, green drink consists of equal
parts of comfrey leaf (a cell proliferant and provider of a variety of
minerals and enzymes), raspberry leaf (an excellent iron source), and
alfalfa leaf (a wonderful mineral source as well as provides lots of Vitamin
K).  During the summer you can blend these herbs with enough pineapple juice
and a few ice cubes in a blender for a wonderful *smoothie* (you can also
add a banana if you wish.  During the winter, mix the herbs together into a
standard infusion, for a wonderful warming tea.
3) Natural calcium sources for healthy baby and baby on the way!
