I had a mother call with a question about the dosage of different forms of
Fenugreek.  She bought "Brand A" which was 625 mg per capsule.  The clerk at
the health food store told her she should get the extract, as it would be
'stronger'.  It was 325 mg per capsule.  Her question is how to determine the
dosage.  I'm not sure if there's any difference with Fenugreek in capsule
form and Fenugreek extract in capsule form.  Is there?  And if so, what is
the recommended dosage to increase the supply?  Thanks for any insight you
