It is cheering to see that people regard Lactnet as a supportive helpful
list.  That said, we must remind you all that this isn't meant to be a list
for us to find help for ourselves.  Please refer to your welcome message if
you are having a lot of what Jean Cotterman calls 'senior moments' and
mixing up your e-lists!  If you need a new welcome message, you can get it
by visiting the archives.  The address for the archives is in every digest.
Of course we can tolerate the *occasional* cry for help, preferably
concisely stated and -pretty please- including the reminder for people to
respond off the list.
