I watch the Simpsons faithfully and I too noticed the reference to formula
as poison. For the record, the formula wasn't actually called poison.
Rather a babyproofer found a container under the sink and, after much work,
finally pried it open to demonstrate the dangers present in the home. Her
statement was something like, " Look what your baby could've gotten into.
Sim----- infant formula!" At which point, Homer shrieked in horror. I just
can't believe they mentioned the forumla by name. I smell a lawsuit.

Simpsons hasn't been all that bfing friendly. Note Maggie with her bottles
and constant pacifier use. Also, diehard fans may remember the Halloweed
episode that revealed Bart actually had a conjoined twin brother named Hugo
who the Simpsons kept in the attic because he was sort of a monster. In a
flashback to the birth, Hugo came out biting and scratching at which point
Marge (the mom) proclaimed, "I think I'll bottle-feed that one."
