I have been asked to speak at a staff meeting on 3/18 on two topics: a
breastfeeding newsletter for OB staff and infant loss/bereavement and
breastfeeding.
I have heard conflicting information about medications being given to "dry
up" milk for bereaved mothers.  What are the current recommendations?
