Hi everyone
  My director has asked me to give a short talk about the health
benefits to mothers associated with breastfeeding for a program we are
offering the public on Breast Health awareness.
  In my research, I found a reference to a study done in 1985, Cummings
et al and also Hoffman et al, in 1993 that suggested that women who
breastfeed are less likely to develop osteoporosis. Is anyone out there
familiar with these studies and the physiologic reason for that? I'm
very curious about this!
