I was *not* aware that my post went out to Lactnet and was carefully
preparing one that was respectful and appropriate and studied and worthy of
a lactation consultant. I have written it and re-read it for clarity and
civility while still making my point . I will send it so that you can see
what I want to say in a reasonable state.

My statement that ,"I am venting to you because I don't want to be
permanently kicked off Lactnet for what I would write there" is moot
because I have violated Lactnet's courtesy guidelines. I haven't done this
in a long time, but I have done it before and am always appalled.

So I not only owe Barbara an apology--a big one-- but also all of the rest
of you. I am ready for the scolding of the list mothers and anyone else who
would like to do so.

Thank you to those of you who alerted me to my error.

Shamedly,

Patricia Gima, IBCLC
Milwaukee, Wisconsin
