I just have to send cudos to our LLL District Advisor here in Colorado
Springs, CO.  I was in contact with our local CBS affiliate about a possible
interview, but they wanted a mother with a breastfeeding baby. So, at 6 pm
yesterday, Peggy Leger had a camera crew in her house, filming her beautiful
family of 7 getting ready for dinner!  Although short and sweet, the interview
was a success, and they also had film of a local neonatalogist giving
breastfeeding support as well.  What a brave DA we have!  I must say, this
negative publicity sure has brought out the best in the lactation community.
Here's to everyone who stepped up to the plate, overcame nerves and spoke out
for breastfeeding!
