hi lactnuts
what i tell parents about storage is this: think of your breastmilk as a
food. if you take a pork chop out of the freezer and then you don't cook it
that day, you do not refreeze it, rather you try to cook it soon. if you buy
milk at the grocery, it keeps about a week in the refrigerator, you smell it
and throw it out if it is sour. it takes the mystery out of it a little, and
gives it a common sense approach I think.
