Well, I have managed to volunteer myself to help with our county's disaster
plan related to breastfeeding. Yesterday I was talking to the county
emergency management assistant director (my husband works in the same
building and we were visiting him for lunch) and I asked just out of curiosity if
the county had a infant feeding plan in place in case of emergency. He
responded that they "would call La Leche something". Well, of course I said I
was a Leader and we got talking about breastfeeding in emergencies. His wife
breastfed all three of their children, so he is very supportive. I volunteered to
get him any information I can. I have just started searcing for information and
am wondering if anyone knows of a municipality that has a disaster plan in
place for breastfeeding.

I would really like to see a copy of someone else's plan to see what a good
plan might look like. I have found lots of resources and recommedations, but
would like to see a final draft.

I have searched the archives and have found good info.

Thank you all in advance for your help.
