She is going for an ultrasound, but her doctors have suggested that her hormones are just really out of whack and have recommended she go on a combo-estrogen-progesterone pill. She is obviously concerned about her milk supply. Any ideas about what's going on with her? If she does take the pill to 'restart' her hormonal system and then goes off of it, what are the chances her milk supply will get back to normal after being on the pill? Thanks in advance for your thoughts and ideas.

I am wondering how her activity has been? Sometimes a mom PP will just
do too much too soon, and keep on bleeding. I had to be really careful
with both my kids. I felt so good, but if I did too much, I would bleed
right around a pad and have to wind up on the couch with my feet up, and
a worried husband!
