Well, since this years our members of parliament finally have a proper maternity leave of 16 
weeks. Before that their position was empty for a few weeks/months if they took leave. Their 
position was filled in by their colleagues (even when they were ministers). Now it can be 
filled in by a new colleague from their party.
When they return to parliament (when the baby is 3 months old, generally), they pump. At 
least some of them do...
