Thanks so much for the update, Julia.  What a great lesson to us all that
one absolutely *must* do a feeding observation.  All that grief could have
been avoided if someone had just observed a whole feeding.  It's surprising
that she still had a good milk supply after so long not emptying her
breasts.  When you hear hoof beats.
