Also I think that they have more confidence in the scientific miracle.   I
think this is also a contributing factor to the lower rate of bf in babies who
are sick in the NICU etc --- they high-tech stuff seems to be working so much
better than nature that it feels counterintuitive to them to go with bm
instead of a "scientifically designed product."
