The tone of many posts to Lactnet about "breastfeeding jaundice" ABM-induced
NEC, overtreatment of neonatal "hypoglycemia" and other NICU routines seems
to imply that most neonatologists are dumber than dirt.

I would like to stringently object by saying that almost every neonatologist
I have known is much smarter than dirt.

Doctor bashing and sarcastic wit have no place here. (On the other hand, if
"dirt" got a good lawyer could it sue for slanderous comparisons?)
