Anne, BCBS, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont gives mothers participating in
a certain program called "Better Beginnings" a breast pump and three LC
visits by an IBCLC, paid for...as part of the program. It is, to my
knowledge, a pilot program, and has been wonderful both for the mothers in
our area who get good support, but also for the IBCLCs in our area who do
home visits, myself included.
