Another thought, assuming that going back to basics doesn't work, (i.e. sts,
self attachment).
I mentioned the SNS in my last post. Another option is the nipple shield. If
baby wants more of a flow with shield, start with SNS under the shield then
remove SNS, and later wean of of the shield. ( I use test weights to make
sure there is sufficient intake with shield).
I know it is using a lot of "stuff", but I reserve this to when nothing else
worked, and as a last resort. It takes a really committed mom to do it.
