Any wisdom on this one?

23 yr old first time mom--baby born Apr 5--7 lbs 8 oz birthweight--mom had
massive case of mastitis in both breasts and bleeding nipples week 2--both
are almost totally resolved now--may also have a bit of trouble currently
with forceful MER and foremilk/hindmilk imbalance but working to resolve
issues there--mother reports completely unexplainable headaches that begin at
onset of bf and cease within 5-10 minutes after bf

Any ideas about the headaches? LC she is working with has no idea but
suggests it could be the stress from the past few weeks of painful nursing
experiences. (I guess she is suggesting mother may be tensing up when bf
because of problems of the last few weeks.) Called me (her doula) for input.
Looked in all my bf books and haven't found any references on this problem
at all. Could it be a dehydration or blood sugar issue?
