Do you think she was looking at the pictures of breasts?  (I assume there
were pictures of breasts and breastfeeding in a breastfeeding guide from a
pump co.)  It is amazing how much these kids LOVE breasts.  My 4 year old
was SO excited and happy when I recently wore a new, pretty, lacy bra,
rather than my old nursing one.  She gave me more compliments than my
husband!
