WOW!

The US Secretary of Agriculture (home of the WIC program) AND the US
Secretary of Health and Human Resources both signed a proclamation
recognizing National Breastfeeding Week August 1-7 in the US!

This is REAL and very, very great news!!  Both the Secretaries signing a
national proclamation!  Truly cause to celebrate!
