Laurie notes:

<< I have seen this caution to throw away ebm during yeast outbreak. I think
this is a theoretical risk and not truly documented. does the yeast
survive freezing, and in amounts to cause reinfection? Dont think we
 really know. >>

I just got call from a mom who said to me: "You may not remember me, but a
long time ago I called and asked about using some frozen milk I had pumped
when I had yeast infection. You told me to go ahead & use it -- everyone
else told me I couldn't." (At this point my heart is pounding -- WHAT did I
tell her & WHY was she calling me and NO I didn't remember her!)

"Well," she continued, "I just wanted you to know that I used the milk like
you said, and nothing happened to my baby -- no more yeast, no nothing.
Everything was fine. Just thought you'd like to know."

Whew.
