Good points!  This reminds me of my response to "How much milk do I need
to drink while bfing?"  I always ask mothers how much milk dairy cows
drink to make milk.  Or "Since I am nursing I cannot have Italian food or
Mexican food".  So I guess that Italian and Mexican mothers have American
food shipped in so they can continue nursing.  It is odd to me that these
beliefs are so common in our culture.
