Actually, most nonsteroidal antiinflammatory medications are compatible
with breastfeeding. This particular one is not one I have listed as
available in Canada.

One should *never* judge by what the company says about its drug, if
they say the mother should not breastfeed. They are trying to protect
themselves, not mothers and babies.

A few antiinflammatory drugs which are compatible with breastfeeding?

--ibuprofen, tolmectin, bunches of other NSAID's (see above for what
that means).

--chloroquine

--aspirin (although there is a concern about longterm very high dose
use)

--acetaminophen (the drug of choice for osteoarthritis)

--prednisone
