I was at Heathrow airport in London 2 years ago now, and noticed a Parents'
Room sign with a bottle. I immediately filled in one of the 'customer
service' forms that they have at strategic points around the airport,
noting that, as bottle
feeding was not the usual, natural or recommended way to feed babies, why
did the sign have a bottle on it? I added that most other Parents' Rooms
had
a sign depicting two adults and a baby, indicating that either parent could
use the room for attending to baby's needs.
After we had returned to Australia, I was sent a nice letter informing me
that the signs were in the process of being changed. Does anyone know if
this has happened? I'd love to know.
