My name is Holly McSpadden. I am an in-hospital LC in Savannah,
Georgia and a long-time lurker with Lactnet. We recently had a mom who
was discovered to have VRE (vancomycin-resistant enterococcus). She
was moved from the floor and placed in isolation. Her baby is in the
neonatal unit. The question posed by the physician is this; can she pump
and provide milk for her baby?

Thanx

Holly McSpadden, IBCLC
