We worked on exactly that.  There was no way to get any more breast
tissue in the mouth and if it had been any more asymetric, the nipple
would have been outside the upper gum!  When I lifted mom's breast to
get the better look, I could not believe that the baby could still
clench with that much breast tissue in his mouth!
