Right now I would be much more worried for the abortive effects of sage during pregnancy, tho I don't know if that's in the seeds as well as the eaves.

Warmly,

I was asked by someone who is taking Sage seeds as a source of Omega 3 in
her pregnancy if she should stop taking it after the birth in order not to
endanger her milk supply.  Is anyone familiar with this supplement? Could it
affect milk supply as does sage?
