Hello!  I would like to hear of any experience in caring for patients with PCOS 
and Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (non-traditional, mild).  Permission to post:

Pt is 28, second pregnancy with Clomid 150mg.  Pt has PCOS and CAH, and 
really wants to nurse.  With first pregnancy delivered twins at 34 weeks per c-
section, and notes mature milk didn't come until 2 weeks post delivery.  Pt was 
nursing, pumping and supplementing with formula.  This was 5 years ago.  Pt is 
on Prednisone 7.5mg daily.
