Hi, all,

Hoping to find someone with some suggestions/strategies for weaning for a
Mom with a pituitary adenoma. Searched the archives and found posts on
pituitary adenoma, but nothing on things to try when Mom wants to wean.

Permission from client to discuss: child now 17 months old and Mom has
been "trying to wean for almost 5 months". States she is still leaking and
intermittently has to feed or pump due to extreme discomfort and easily
plugged ducts (also a bout of mastitis). In last week has been able to go
five days on right breast without need for relief and three days on left
breast.

Any good success with things like sage or other herbs? She's using nonstop
cabbage to the breasts and sleeps with supportive sports bra on, sometimes
wearing a second bra over the first! Still leaking.

Any and all ideas will be appreciated.
Thanks,
