The people who order your regular kits can also order Custom Breast
Flanges. We keep them in the postpartum supply room and bring them out
whenever I see a mom gripping & dragging inside the tunnel of the regular
flange. The larger flanges are especially useful in combo with RPS for a
mom who has become engorged. For us, the Custom flanges are a dreaded
"Special Order". I need to get them on the "normal supplies" list.
