dear everyone getting those annoying downloaded file versions of Lactnet,

i have received a reply from aol that purports to explain how to fix this
problem. it is slightly long (lucky thing it didn't get sent as a downloaded
file or i would have never read it). maybe i am the last one to get this
figured out, so i am not copying it to the list, but if you would like this
info forwarded to you, please feel free to email me. or, if anyone thinks i
should post it, i will be glad to do so.
