I have been covering for a friend's practice this sumer while she is away, and i 
feel like i get so many more phone calls on the weekends and in the evenings 
then during the day.  and people feel like i should drop my life to help theirs.  i 
know the urgency when a mom is cracked and bleeding, but what do people 
do when "the office is closed?"  if a practitioner has office hours, and a mom 
or her mother calls and must be seen NOW...
