Hi Jennifer,
From your post I can't tell if mother is actually nursing the baby or
strictly pumping all the time. So direct bf would really help her
supply, it seems. Another thought is that if she is pumping, she
likely needs to increase her pumping to 20 or 25 minutes, maybe she
would have more letdowns. Of course we know that moms who combine hand
expression/massage with electric pump get more milk out. One last
thought would be a pregnancy.
