June , This sounds like a baby in pain with feeds or inhibited letdown.
I would be looking closely at the MER/ letdown & feeding patterns in recent weeks to see if there have been any changes there that could have inhibited letdown or milk supply . Was she quite engorged in the early days -could this have affected her ability to build up an adequate supply for her babies increasing needs etc.
Has the mum defined the number of wet & dirty nappies? Getting her pumping is great as long as the MER is happening - maybe some tips to encourage this ,perhaps the letdown is slower than the early day & baby has noticed this .
Is mum on OCP or other meds ,dietary changes ( particularly milk consumption )which could cause refusal or supply drop /stresses? Family allergies ?,recovered from birth ?
Checking out the baby would be a priority to rule out illness/ reflux/other medical conditions .
How about offering extra milk via SNS or syringe to encourage bub to stay at breast ?What about trying position changes, feeding at very early feeding cue stage .
Perhaps shorten the time of "trying " to put baby to breast & offer milk in alternative ways to take the stress out of the situation .Could she shower and or express while bub has the extra milk?
Mum is probably feeling very panicky & rejected so maintaining supply & reassurance will go along way while you look for the cause . Good luck

 >Baby goes to the breast, latches starts to suck , she then pulls back =
starts to scream. we tryed several things, breast compression, holding =
her more elevated, but the same thing happened she wouldnt finger feed, =
cup feed, breast feed, eventually after a struggle she did take EBM =
by bottle. (this time mum had tryed for over 1 hour to put her on the =
breast)
She has lots of wet and dirty nappies her bowels motion the past 2 days =
have had a green tinge to them

the plan I implented to-night was keep it simple (thankyou Amy Spangler) =
feed the baby. now she isnt able to pump more than 60 mls off the right =
breast and she calls the left breast the problem side an only gets 10 =
mls ? she is now going to start pumping, ( she dosent like either <
