Target has a web page  - www.target.com
They have a section for guest services and an e-mail form hidden in it.
I suggest that you also send them a little note if this concerns you.  I
sent them a letter when my packet of materials for childbirth class
arrived - I got no response. (I also won't hand the brochures out)  So
this time I sent them an e-mail.
It is very discouraging when large corpoarations do such stupid things.
