Just to add my 2 cents worth...
Just like Allison and others I too have tinkered with the idea of sending all
my pumps back!!! They are costing me money that I just don't have. <sigh>
I have the *lowest rates* of anyone around and still my pumps are sitting
here. I took out an ad hoping that would help. Throwing good money after bad,
I'm afraid.
My husband works for a chain type company-- they have districts and no one
else is allowed to open a dealership within the district or do work on the
product within that district.
I'm afraid that the pump people are in business to make money (unlike some of
us who always end up in the red) and they feel the more the merrier. I've
complained and felt that support just wasn't there.
