The reply your hospital gave you regarding their NFP status and charges for
lactation support and services does not make sense to me.   I am hospital based
and do charge for service.  Yes, the hospital is NFP.  The patient registers
with the admitting department as with all outpatient services, and the fee for
service is sent by the business office to the patients payor.
