I had the same problem with my daughter.  I gave up trying to get her to
drink from a bottle, as it was hopeless.  However, I was very successful at
getting her to drink from a cup (small, plastic, no lid).  She was the only
4-month-old on the block who had mastered this talent!  Best wishes,
