Recently, while surfing the net, I entered the following URL:
www.lactation.com.
I got the Purina Pet Center!!!  I have emailed them as to the curious address
of their website.
When (if) I get an answer, I will let you all know. (Looking at their site
briefly, I saw nothing about dogs breastfeeding!).
