Hi All,
      Am I missing something?   A father phoned me to ask for help as his wife had been diagnosed with a breast abscess -
I saw the Mom - a swollen tail of spence!  On one side only and mom says that it is usually sore pre-menstrally.    This is day 4 - milk on its way in.   Mother is on augmentin and told not to feed on that breast/  No temp and no redness.   Tender yes.   Nothing else on her breast.   Oh and then the baby was diagnosed as a "lactose intolerance" on day 2.
