I am not aware of a non-invasive treatment.  I don't know if lecithen would 
help, since the theory about using it with plugs is that it is an 
emulsifier, and helps prevent them from forming...or maybe slip through more 
easlily.  If she is having recurrent plugs now, then it would make sense to 
try it and see if she is more comfortable and can make it through this 
nursling.  And even if she is not having plugs...I suppose you could argue 
that it wouldn't hurt to try it.  But it is my understanding that the 
problem with galactoceles is the are is not functional (doesn't contract 
with let-downs) anymore, and milk collects there.
