I would stay miles and miles away from them.  Why market something
which may cause side effects?  Adding the DHA to formula is not as
easy as take a bit and mix.  The stuff can be toxic in large amounts.
On the other hand, it is not well absorbed from formula as it is from
breastmilk (cf iron, zinc etc).  The company will just use this
information to market formula and you will be helping them.
