I'm a little behind on this, but if the eczema is really bad, mom might
want to consider getting baby tested by ped. allergist.  I'm usually not
ready to run to specialists, but I've had my mind changed (WOW!).  A mom
I know  just did this.  Baby had severe eczema, mom was tired of
elimination diet that wasn't working.  Turns out baby is very sensitive
to eggs and the family dog.  Mom tx homeopathically now.  Has eliminated
eggs in her diet.
It's worth a try.
